Customer Self Check-in Process

This article outlines the step-by-step process the customer will follow when using the Self-Check-In feature.
Note: The customer must have made a booking before starting the check-in process.

The Email or SMS Invitation

The customer receives an email or SMS with a unique link to their booking. They need to click the link to start the process.

Booking Confirmation

The booking details, already available in the system, are the first page the customer sees. They need to review and confirm this information.

Parking Details

The customer provides the details of the vehicle location by:
  • Selecting their parking location from the list.
  • Taking a photo of the parked vehicle.
  • Tick the checkbox to confirm the vehicle is legally parked.

Confirm Key Drop-Off and Upload a Key Photo

Next, the customer confirms their key drop-off by:
    Uploading the Key Photo: Take a photo showing where they have left the keys.
    Confirming Drop-Off: Tick the 'Keys Posted' checkbox.
    Click Continue.

Confirm Contact Details and Complete Check-In

On the final page, the customer verifies that contact details are up-to-date. Once confirmed, they click the Check-In button to complete the process.

Check-In Complete!

That's it! A confirmation message will appear.
