  • Garage Industry Trends: Garages can now benefit from an opt-in service that offers:

  • Access to industry trends: View Garage Industry Trends based on shared data.

  • Added Published online % to VIE Estimate Analysis.
  • Included Average VIE Value in Monthly/Weekly Analysis Reports.
  • Introduced a worktime data filter to the WIP report.
  • All reports now sort by descending date.
  • Added GP Per Hour to Service Type report.
  • Power BI New Reports:
  • Customer / Vehicle Count - Displays the ratio of customers/vehicles to posted Jobsheets.
  • Deleted Jobsheet Analysis - Shows how many Jobsheets are deleted each month by Reason, Service Type, and Advisor.
  • Vehicle On-Site Time Analysis - Displays the average time a vehicle is on-site by Location and Service Advisors.
  • VI-E Time Log Analysis - Shows the time taken to process a Vehicle Inspection Estimate and the time taken during each status.
  • Tyre Scans—This displays the number of Tyre scans, average tread depth, number of urgent and advisory tyres, and recommended alignments.
  • GP Targets - Displays accumulated Gross Profit for the defined period against your Gross Profit Target.

  • When you open a vehicle’s MOT History, a notification shows when it was last updated and offers the option to update.


15th August 2022

  • Added the Workshop Application (Autodata) to the Checklist for technicians to look up:
  • Timing belt intervals.
  • Minimum brake specifications.
  • And more.

  • Linked locations as Xero’s tracking categories to enable exports into Xero split for different branches/locations.

  • Included Autodata Workshop Application action in the Role Centre under the Service menu.

4th July 2022

  • Added the  Requisition Worksheet Express⁠  tile to the role centre.
  • Implemented automatic recalculation of daily order needs.
