Transfer Orders
Transfer orders in Garage Hive are used to move inventory items between different company locations. This functionality allows you to efficiently manage stock distribution across multiple branches or warehouses within your organisation.

Direct Transfer
In the top right corner, select the search icon, enter Transfer Orders and select the related link.
On the Transfer Orders page, click the +New to create a new Transfer Order.
Fill in the header information:
- Transfer-from Code: Select the location you're transferring items from.
- Transfer-to Code: Select the location you're transferring items to.
- Posting Date: The date of the transfer.
- Direct Transfer: Enable the direct transfer slider to transfer directly from one location to another without using transit locations such as shipping agents.
Enter items manually by selecting them one by one, or use the Select Items function under Manage to choose multiple items at once. Quantities are automatically copied to the Quantity to Ship field.
Once all information is entered, post the transfer order by selecting Post from the menu bar, under Home.
After complete processing, the transfer order is automatically deleted from the active list.
Viewing Posted Transfers
Completed transfers can be viewed from the Posted Transfer Shipments and Posted Transfer Receipts. In the top right corner, select the search icon, enter Posted Transfers, and select the related link.
