Ending an Autodata User Session
Autodata limits how many people from your garage can have the portal open at the same time (see Understanding Autodata Subscription Tiers ). Sometimes a session stays active after someone has finished, which can stop another user logging in even though no one is really using the slot. An admin or system administrator can send that user a logout request from Garage Hive.
In the top-right corner, choose the search icon, enter AD Workshop App Users , and select the related link.
Select the user whose session you want to end, choose Actions , and then End User Session.
A logout request is sent to that user's email address. For security, the link in the email can only be opened from the same computer and browser you used to send the request.
