7th June 2024

  • Added Search Vehicle By Engine Code (Autodata) feature in the documents (Jobsheet, Service Estimate, and Vehicle Inspection Estimates).


30th May 2024

  • New limitations and restrictions have been added for the Change Accountancy Setup slider in the user card. If a user’s Change Accountancy Setup slider is enabled, they can change the following:
  • General Ledger Setup
  • General Posting Setup
  • VAT Posting Setup
  • Inventory Posting Setup
  • Gen. Business Posting Group
  • Gen. Product Posting Group
  • VAT Business Posting Group
  • VAT Product Posting Group
  • Customer Posting Group
  • Vendor Posting Group
  • Inventory Posting Group
  • Resources check: Added before the error page when posting the Jobsheet.
  • Enhanced the Autodata Timing Belt Lookup feature.
  • Calculated Availability field created for Line Checker. This feature shows a warning triangle when the calculation of the quantity in the sum below is less than zero:
  • Calculation formula: “Qty. in stock” - “Qty. in Unposted Jobsheets” - “Qty. in Unposted Sales Docs.” + “Qty in Unposted Sales Credit Memo” + “Qty. in Unposted Return Jobs”
  • Add Related Documents: This action allows users to select attachments from other documents when emailing a document.


15th May 2024

  • Introduced the ability to send questions to customers before their visit, allowing for better job preparation.  Read more.⁠ 
  • Added Fully Booked slider: When enabled, this feature prevents new allocations and greys out the diary.  Read more.⁠ 


18th April 2024

  • Introduced actionable stacked error messages when posting a Jobsheet, minimizing the number of clicks required for successful posting.


5th April 2024

  • Added Support for multi-location businesses using Sage Accounting.
  • Added Barcode column added to import feature for catalogue items with prices.
