Reordering policies and requisition worksheets help manage your stock by suggesting and creating purchase orders based on your available inventory.
To use the requisition worksheet you must first setup the item cards:
Open the to setup and scroll down to the FastTab.
Set the field to from the available options; this will enable the field.
The is the quantity at which the Item must be reordered. This is the data that the Garage Hive system will use to recommend an order. Add the quantity.
You do not need to enter your .
For garages with multiple locations with different , you can use the feature to specify different .
From the menu bar, select (click to view if not visible), followed by , and choose .
Select , to create a new , which functions similarly to the item card for the same item but per location.
Select the location to specify the in the field.
Scroll down to the FastTab and select as the and enter the quantity at which to place an order in the field.
Repeat steps , , and for all the locations.
The can be accessed from the Service Advisor’s tiles:
Scroll down through the tiles in the , to the section, and select tile.
From the Page, select from the menu bar.
Select the location in the Location Code field if you have multiple sites. Click .
A list of suggested items to be ordered will be generated. The may be accessed from the menu bar, and the can be viewed from the on the right (if not visible, click on the icon).
Select the checkboxes for the lines you want to process in the column, choose a vendor in the column, and then choose from the menu bar.
Select whether to print the Purchase Orders in the pop-up notification, and click .
Purchase orders for the relevant suppliers will be generated and you can find them in the Purchase Orders list.
To setup for an automated recalculation of what to order every morning at 4:00am, select from the menu, then .
Select in the page.
