How to Send Booking Confirmations and Reminders from a Jobsheet
From within a Jobsheet, you can send booking confirmations and reminders directly to customers.
Before sending a notification, ensure the following is set up correctly:
Location Code: The Jobsheet must have a Location Code assigned to it.
Customer Notifications: The notification must be setup and enabled for the specific location.
For Confirmations: A single, enabled notification of the type Booking Confirmation must be defined for the Jobsheet's location.
For Reminders: At least one enabled notification of the type Booking Reminder must be defined.
Customer Contact Details: The customer's card must contain the necessary contact information for your chosen channel (e.g., a valid email address or mobile phone number).
Sending the Notification
Open the Jobsheet from which you wish to send the notification. Select the Print/Send action from the menu bar.
From the menu, choose either Send Booking Confirmation or Send Booking Reminder.

Once sent, a message will appear confirming that the notification has been queued and will be delivered shortly.

Tip: To effectively reduce no-shows, use reminders strategically. Sending them the day before or the morning of an appointment is often most effective.
