The following is a list of all new Garage Hive features, updates and system improvements:

30th June 2022

  • Payment methods and balance due have been added to print layouts, enhancing visibility on how the customer has paid and the balance due.
  • Reason Code for deleted jobsheets has been introduced; when  deleting a Jobsheet⁠ , you can now specify the reason for the deletion.


17th June 2022

  • Improvements to sage accountancy integration.


6th June 2022

  • Schedule action added in the Parts Sales Admin role centre.
  • Price display now shows original (full price) and discounted price in online job authorisation when a discount is applied.
  • Unlink action added in Jobsheet and Sales Order to unlink the purchase order created from the Jobsheet or Sales Order document.


2nd June 2022

  • Improvements to external accounting exports for vehicle sales invoices: When exporting to Sage 50, the Vehicle Reg. No., Make, and Model are included in the description.


30th May 2022

  • Added the ability to assign user tasks to a group of users; read more  here⁠ .
  • Implemented different print layout settings based on document types.


19th April 2022

  • Introduced an action in the Jobsheet, Estimate, and VI Estimate Group Items FastTab.
  • Created groups based on MOT test lookup data.
  • Generated a group for each attention line for one selected MOT test.
  • Automatically filled in the description, action category, and dangerous mark.


7th April 2022

  • Added a user-defined Fuel Type Group list.
  • Added the ability to copy the VIN in the factbox for parts lookup.
