Three HaynesPro sections let you send work straight to the document: , and . The labour hours and the parts each job needs are added together, grouped by the part they belong to.
Every time is shown twice. The figure in brackets is the HaynesPro book time and the bold figure is what you will charge, after your labour uplift has been applied. It is the bold figure that reaches the document.
Open the document, choose the tab and select .
Choose the tab. If the wrong vehicle has been matched, choose first.

Tick every job you want. A running total appears at the foot of the list, for example .
Check the panel to see what the selected jobs will bring with them.

If you know what you are looking for, searching is quicker than working down through the categories.

Tick the operations you want and choose , the same as you would from a category list.
Each result shows its category path underneath it, so you can see where the operation sits. Choose to return to the full list.

Choose the tab and select the schedule that suits the vehicle's mileage, for example .
Read the three figures in the header. is the schedule itself, is anything you add on top, and is the two together.
Tick any parts you want under the parts list.
Tick anything under or any item marked that you want to include. The header total updates as you tick.

Read the replacement interval and the procedure. The sidebar splits it into warnings and recommendations, general information, removal, installation and torque settings.
Tick the work you want and choose .
Lines are grouped by the part they belong to. A brake job comes through as a group and a group, each holding its own labour and parts.
