The feature helps you quickly find and add specific items or labour to a document. You can search in three main ways: by keyword, by viewing the full list, or by barcode.
In the document line, select the (either or ).
In the field, type a keyword or number (for example, ‘MOT’ or ‘BrakePad’).
Press the or key on your keyboard.
A window will pop up showing all matching results. Select the one you need, and click to add to the document.
If you're unsure of the exact name or want to browse all available options, you can open the complete list.
In the document line, choose the ( or ).
Instead of typing, click the Button inside the field.
This will open a new window displaying the full list of all items or labour in the system. Click after selecting the item to add.
If you use barcodes, you can search for items directly by scanning or typing the barcode number.
This feature requires the to be enabled in the .
The barcode number must be saved in the field on the Item Card.
Go to the field on the document line.
Type or scan the item's barcode directly into this field.
A pop-up will appear, allowing you to confirm and select the item linked to that barcode. Click to add it to the document.
The Tyre Catalogue lookup allows you to find available tyres from your local stock and . It is available within the Role Centre, Jobsheet, Estimate, and the VI Estimate. To access the Tyre Catalogue:
From the Role Centre, select .
From the (Jobsheet, Estimate or VI Estimate), select followed by .
Enter the tyre size in the field, for example, 2055516, and the number of tyres you require in the Quantity field. Click .
This opens the list of tyres available and their specifications. Use the filters at the top to narrow your search.
To create a Jobsheet for the tyre you have searched for, select the tyre and click on the action from the actions bar.
In the window that appears, choose the correct and . Next, you can change the number of tyres for the order by editing the field. For reference, check the and the to see details for the selected tyre.
Click .
This creates a new Jobsheet. Click to open it.
Other places where the tyre catalogue can be accessed in the (Jobsheet, Estimate or VI Estimate) are:
