Service Package Bundles

Service Package Bundles in Garage Hive allow you to group multiple individual service packages into a single, cohesive offering. This feature helps you create comprehensive service solutions by combining related services, making it easier to offer bundled services to customers and streamline your service operations.

Creating Service Package Bundles

To create service package bundles:
    In the top right corner, select the Search icon, enter Service Package Bundle and select the related link.
    Click New to create a new bundle.
    Enter the General information about the bundle:
  • No.: Enter a unique bundle number or let the system generate one automatically.
  • Description: Enter a clear, descriptive name for the bundle.
  • Search Description: Automatically populated from the main description (used for searching).
  • Blocked: Check this box to prevent the bundle from being used.
    In the Service Packages section, click New Line, and select the Service Package No. from the dropdown.
    The Description will automatically populate
    Select the Discount Type:
  • Percentage: Apply a percentage discount
  • Amount: Apply a fixed amount discount
    Enter the Discount value.
Important: For the discounts to be applied correctly, ensure that the Fixed Prices and Discounts slider is enabled on the individual Service Package Card for each package included in the bundle.
    Use Move Up and Move Down actions to reorder packages.

Using Service Package Bundles

    Open a jobsheet and select Lookup followed by Service Packages.
    Select the desired Service Package Bundle from the Service Package Versions list and click OK.
    The system will add all individual service packages as separate Group Item lines and apply specified discounts.
