26th September 2025
New Features
- Added the Dingbro parts catalogue integration, which streamlines the ordering process by launching a vehicle-specific search from a Jobsheet and importing the selected parts directly back as new line items marked for a purchase order, learn more .
System Improvements
- Added an option in the Jobsheet to copy the customer's address to the service address, allowing the use of either the default or an alternative address.
- Added External Reference to the Payment Gateway Entries page which displays the unique transaction ID from the payment provider along with the customer reference for easier identification.

System Improvements
- Added the 'Locking Wheel Nut Key Location' field to the Jobsheet's Vehicle Info FactBox for quicker access.
- Improved formatting to the two-column inspection printout to ensure the 'Mileage' and 'Description' fields are always visible.
- Added a check to the purchase order process that prevents the 'Place Order' prompt from appearing for disabled parts integrations.
- Enhanced MOT Lookup Connection: The system's connection to the DVSA for MOT history lookups has been updated to the official government API, ensuring fast, reliable, and secure performance.

- Added a Refund Deposit action to the Deposit Entries page, to allow faster processing of deposit refunds.
- Added a prompt to copy comments from a jobsheet when creating a Vehicle Inspection Estimate (VIE), ensuring important notes are carried over (From the Ideas Page).
- Added dedicated data import buffers for Techman and MAM systems to provide a more reliable and efficient data migration process.
System Improvements
- Updated the email signature formatting, ensuring a more professional appearance.
- Improved mobile phone number validation to support French number formats.
- Enhanced the item search on purchase orders, allowing faster part identification and preventing duplicates.
- Updated the Vehicle Stock Report for greater reliability, with data now consistently ordered by entry number for clearer analysis.
- Updated the process of posting the Vehicle Sales with negative equity.
- Added a Settlement Figure field to the vehicle sales order to ensure accurate invoicing for Part Exchange transactions that include an outstanding balance.
- Added an Account Holder Name field to the company payment details to support compliance with UK Confirmation of Payee (CoP) banking regulations.
- Improved the Castrol Oil Lookup to prioritise preferred products, with the option to show alternative products under the Show Alternatives slider.
- Updated the MOT import function to automatically assign distinct Action Category Codes for Dangerous and Major defects.
- Enhanced the Stripe payment integration to prevent accidental duplicate processing of a single transaction.

New Features
- Added Electronic Signature Capture for the Schedule of Work . This feature allows the capture of customer signatures directly from the Schedule of Work printout as a form of work approval before proceeding.
- Added a Profit and Loss Summary printout for the sales orders within the Vehicle Sales module , to offer financial insights on each sale.
- Added the ability to transfer Customer Deposits between customer accounts, offering an efficient way to manage deposits.
System Improvements
- Updated the HR integration to automatically synchronise all official public holidays in the schedule, blocking the holidays as fully booked. This prevents customers from making a booking during the holidays via the online booking.
- Added the vehicle's registration and item number in the Posted vehicle sales invoice description, improving the data export process to Sage.
- Added the option to automatically mark the Vehicle Inspection Estimate (VIE) as 'Complete' at the point of jobsheet creation, when the Copy Authorised Lines to Jobsheet action has been clicked.
- Diagnostic Questionnaire results are now presented in a read-only format, making the answers easily accessible for both technicians and front-of-house staff.
- Updated the Vehicle Sales FastTab on the Item card to include additional details on vehicle information.
- Enhanced the Timetastic Integration to support businesses with multiple locations, allowing to show employee absences by location with corresponding notes resources.

- Updated the Autodata API integration for improved security and performance.
- Improved the Castrol Oil Lookup to enhance the accuracy of vehicle data.
- Enhanced the Till Report to display the user's custom description.
- Added a Comment (Attention) tile in the Parts Sales Admin Role Centre.
- Updated calculation logic for the ‘Expected VAT Payable’ field to reflect the UK VAT Margin Scheme, adjusting the VAT forecast for 'VAT Qualified' vehicles sold under the scheme.
