27th March 2020 - COVID-19 Requested Features

  • MailChimp Export: Added MailChimp export feature.
  • Finance Plan: Introduced Finance Plan feature.
  • Bulk SMS: Added Bulk SMS feature.
  • Online booking: COVID-19 option added to the online booking system.


22nd March 2020

  • Jobsheet value: Added the original Jobsheet value to VI-Estimates.
  • VAT details: Added VAT details to sales invoice document.
  • Vehicle Inspection templates: Ability to create Vehicle Inspection text templates.
  • Business Insights: Added “Business Insights” to role centre home page.
  • Key numbers: Added key numbers to purchase orders.
  • Vendor Email: Added Vendor Email address to vendor list.
  • Print comments: Ability to print comments on Estimates and Vehicle Inspection Estimates.
  • Filter vehicle list: Ability to filter vehicle list by last visit date.
  • Service schedules: Improved service schedules from Autodata.


17th February 2020

  • Comments for Attention: Feature allowing certain comment types to populate a red tile -  Video .
  • Service packages: Automatically add service packages to documents depending on service type -  Video .
  • Payment window: Post and Print will now open the take payment window unless payment terms are set.
  • Vehicle Sales Web Services: Added for Vehicle Sales Power BI App.
  • VRM compatibility: Option for VRM to work with UK and Irish plates simultaneously.
  • Estimate conversion: Extended comments will now also copy over when converting an estimate to a jobsheet.
  • Service advisor assignment: Automatically assign VI-Estimate to the same advisor when a jobsheet is assigned.
  • VRM Data: Added VRM Data for Weight, Height, Width, and Length to the vehicle card.
  • Added the ability to Refresh VRM data from the vehicle list.
  • Added phone numbers to the customer lookup page.
  • Labour line discounts can now be displayed even if the Unit Price and Quantity are hidden.

  • Added ability to disable the expected time of a booking.

  • Added “Price From” option to service packages.

  • Added “Conditions” feature to service package versions.
  • Added the ability to make service packages additions only.
  • Added the ability to hide prices online.
  • Copy Service Package version line now also copies the conditions.
