25th March 2022

  • Introduced a Create Alternative action within the Group Item subpage. For more details, read more  here.⁠ 


23rd March 2022

  • New features for eCommerce Garage Link include:
  • Specific location details when the Sales & Receivables Setup Show Branch Details is enabled.
  • Company logo, trading name, and phone number sourced from the Location Card.
  • Registered name and registered number obtained from statutory Company Information.
  • The Key Tag No. field is now available in the header of Vehicle Inspections (VIs) and Vehicle Inspection Estimates (VIEs). This allows service advisors, technicians, and others to see what bin parts are in and where the keys are.
  • Emailing Feature: Added a new emailing feature with a rich-text editor that allows you to add text formatting, links, bullet points, and more to improve your emailing experience with customers from the system. Read more  here.⁠ 


3rd March 2022

  • eCommerce Garage Link web layout changes:
  • Layout Changes: The logo and company name are displayed at the top, and the company name and registration number are displayed at the bottom.
  • Terms and Conditions: Link added, which hides the text until clicked.
  • Amount Including VAT column added to Sales Quote, Sales Order, and Sales Invoice lists.
  • Calc. Price column added in document lines.
  • Developed a searchable Customer Field within the sales documents.


22nd February 2022

  • Online Job Authorisation Item Layout Changes, where:
  • Visibility: The first few lines of the description are now always visible with a “Read More” option to see everything.
  • Group Pictures: Group pictures are visible at all times.
  • Alternative Groups: Alternative Groups are visible immediately.
  • On mobile view: "OR" is added to separate alternatives.


15th February 2022

  • Added location filter to Booking Confirmation and Booking Reminder Customer notifications for better differentiation by location.
  • Improvement on the Technician Jobsheet:
  • Grouped Items added into the Technician Jobsheet in read-only mode.
  • Grouped description column added in the lines.
  • Function added to mark all lines within a group as Tech confirmed.
  • Added the Print Put-Away List action to the Print/Send menu in Purchase Orders and Purchase Invoices, displaying items to be purchased and their shelf number.


18th January 2022

  • Autodata Service Interval Matrix: Now only has a tick on the replaceable items.
  • Line Control Shortcuts: Move Up/Move Down actions added for Group Items lines.
  • Nonstock Item features have been renamed to Catalogue Item.
  • Introduced Parts Sales Management function, including:
  • A role centre for the Parts Sales Admin to simplify management.
  • An action to create a Jobsheet from a sales order.
  • An SMS action under Print/Send submenus on sales order and sales invoice pages.
  • Parts Sales Proforma Invoice printout.
  • Renamed Service Type Code to Service Type in all sales documents.
  • Sync Unit Price field between Items and Catalogue Items in both ways.
  • The ability to update the related catalogue item description, when the user updates the item description in the system.
  • Take payment wizard on the Parts Sales Admin role centre.
  • Default lines layout for sales orders and sales quote.
  • Card and item history overviews actions to lines in sales orders and quotes.
  • Additionally, we have added  item substitution management⁠  function, featuring:
  • The display of Clockwise Vertical Arrows in line checker on jobsheets if an item has substitutions.
