In this article, we show you exactly how the customer survey looks from the end user's perspective (your customer as a garage).
The process begins when a customer receives an invitation via email or SMS, depending on your system's setup. This message contains a unique and secure link that directs them to the survey page.
Upon clicking the link, the customer is taken to a mobile-friendly survey interface. Here, they can answer the questions you have setup, which may include rating their experience, selecting from multiple-choice options, or providing open-ended comments.
Once the customer has completed the form and clicked the button, their feedback is recorded and immediately submitted with a confirmation screen.
