Vehicle Stock Report
The Vehicle Stock Report is a real‑time list of vehicles you currently hold in stock, with key details like location, status, age in stock, cost, pricing, margins, and ownership. Use it to understand availability, value tied up in stock, and what needs action.
To open the Vehicle Stock Report:
In the top-right corner, choose the search icon, enter Vehicle Stock or Detailed Vehicle Stock (for a more detailed report), and select the related link.
On the request page that appears, enter any necessary filters. If you don't require any filters, select Print or Preview to view the report.
Vehicle Stock gives a simplified version of the report.
Detailed Vehicle Stock includes extra columns.
When to use it
- Daily review: See what’s in stock and where it is.
- Pricing checks: Compare cost vs. sales price and margins.
- Ageing control: Identify vehicles that have been in stock too long.
- Any other relevant use for your company.
