  • Added a new actions in the Reminded Not Booked report to bulk update MOT and VRM information for multiple vehicles.
  • Added two new calculated fields, Expected VAT Payable and Expected Profit to vehicle sales orders.

  • Added the option to use the Item's Last Direct Cost as the Unit Cost on Service Documents.


Wrench System Improvements

  • Enhanced data transfer to Sage Accounting to automatically transfer customer payment reference from the ledger entry description and include the vendor's VAT registration number.
  • Tidied the Vehicle Sales section on the item card by hiding several fields by default, which can be re-shown using personalisation.
  • Added Vehicle Stock button to the Vehicle Sales Role Centre, offering a pre-filtered list of in-stock vehicles, while the Item Vehicles option is now hidden by default.
  • Updated Purchase Document Mapping for Sage Accounting V2.
  • Enhanced the Jobsheet posting progress bar.
  • Updated the Get Support window for clarity.
  • Enhanced email attachments for posted Jobsheets.
  • Updated the Pleo banking import functionality to improve the import process.
  • Simplified online authorisation Text for Estimates.

  • Added the External System No. field to vendor templates to support better integration with external systems.
  • Added  SendGrid⁠  as an alternative email service for sending customer notifications, improving reliability and delivery.
  • Added an integration that automatically applies  bank holidays⁠  to schedules based on the region, simplifying scheduling management.
  • Added the Gross Weight From and Gross Weight To fields to  V16 prices, markups, and discounts⁠  for enhanced pricing flexibility.


Wrench System Improvements

  • Refinements have been made to SMS cost-saving management, providing better clarity for users regarding message lengths and character reductions.
  • Improvements have been implemented to ensure smoother VAT updates with enhanced compatibility.
  • The management of purchase credits has been enhanced through improved web service functionality.
  • A new web service has been introduced to streamline the processing of posted sales credit memos.
  • A loading bar has been added to improve user experience when creating or opening job sheets.
  • The SMS multipart message limit has been increased, improving the handling of longer messages.
