Hiding MOT Features
If your garage doesn't operate vehicles that require MOT testing or if you prefer to hide MOT-related features, you can easily configure the system to hide these features.
1. In the top-right corner, choose the search icon ( or Press `Alt+Q`), enter Service Mgt. Setup, and select the related link.
3. In the General fast tab, locate the MOT Feature Promoted field. This field has three options:
- Country Default - Shows MOT features based on the selected country/region on the Company Information page.
- Yes - Always shows MOT features regardless of country selection.
- No - Completely hides MOT features from all users.
Depending on the selection made, MOT-related fields and groups will be shown or hidden across pages such as: Vehicle Card, Vehicle List, Jobsheet, Service Types, Return Jobsheet, and related fact boxes.
