Viewing the Resource Time Summary
The Resource Time Summary shows how the time your technicians have spent on a job compares with the time allocated to them. It gives front-of-house staff a live view of whether a job is running over, broken down by each technician on the job.
Open the relevant Jobsheet, select Related from the menu bar, followed by Resource Time Summary.
The page opens the summary of the technicians working on that job.
The figures at the top summarise the whole job:
- Total Allocated Hours is the hours allocated to technicians for this job on the schedule.
- Total Spent Hours is the hours technicians have actually recorded against the job.
- Total Remaining Hours is the allocated hours minus the spent hours. A negative figure means more time has been spent than was allocated.
The Lines show the same figures for each technician:
Resource No.
The technician's resource code
Resource Name
The technician's name
Allocated Hours
Hours allocated to that technician for the job
Spent Hours
Hours that technician has recorded
Remaining Hours
Allocated minus spent for that technician, shown in red when negative
Overspent Hours
Ticked when the technician has spent more time than was allocated
From the menu bar, choose Schedule Allocation Entries to see the underlying allocations, or Resource Time Register to see the recorded time entries.
