To get quick assistance from the system, click on the tile from the Role Centre.
Then select either of the following options and click :
- This option allows you to record your screen and capture the issue to report to the support team.
- This option opens a pop-up window where you can type your question and send it to the support team.
- This option opens the documentation website.
- This option creates a support access code from your system that you can share with the support team to access your system.
