  • Added the External System No. field to vendor templates to support better integration with external systems.
  • Added  SendGrid  as an alternative email service for sending customer notifications, improving reliability and delivery.
  • Added an integration that automatically applies  bank holidays  to schedules based on the region, simplifying scheduling management.
  • Added the Gross Weight From and Gross Weight To fields to V16 prices, markups, and discounts for enhanced pricing flexibility.

  • SMS Sender ID: Added SMS sender ID to the Location Card, enabling the company to use different SMS sender IDs that are branch/location specific.  Read more. 
  • Added Online Booking Available Hour Resource Group field to ensure resource availability is checked before booking, calculate future available hours, store them per location and date, sync via a web service, and prevent bookings if hours are insufficient.

  • Added shelf No. to tech view of Job cards via easy clocking, enhancing visibility and organization of inventory for technicians.
  • Added Video Url option for VIEs to allow MP4 links, expanding media capabilities within the system to support video content.  Read more.

  • Employees without resource codes can now show Timestatic absences in their schedules, improving accuracy and clarity.  Read more.

  • Added an easier way to update Service Package Prices when labour or item prices change.  Read more. 
  • Added Automatic filling of location and posting date fields in the EOD report.
  • Added Mandatory Mileage: Technicians cannot complete or post a job without entering mileage. The Check Mileage in Service Document field offers three options:
  • Show Error: Requires mileage entry
  • Show Warning: Alerts but allows completion.
  • Skip: No requirement for mileage.
  • Added Request Online Booking Deposit Payments for customers before completing an online booking. This feature allows customers to secure their bookings with either partial or full payments. For more details,  read more.

  • On Hold action: Users can now put allocations on hold directly from the schedule.

  • Copy Comments: Customers can now easily transfer comments from surveys to external review platforms, streamlining the process of completing a survey and leaving a review if positive.

  • Vehicle Identification Number (VIN): Added to the Vehicle Checklist Card.
  • Vehicle Model Description: Included on the Vehicle Sales Order Page, Vehicle Sales Invoice Printout, and Vehicle Sales Order Printout, ensuring all sales documents reflect updated vehicle details.
  • Custom Email Addresses: Enabled setup for each branch, allowing users to send emails from documents or reminders using branch-specific email addresses.  Read more.

  • Introduced TPMS, Service Indicator, and Technical Specifications quick access buttons within the Jobsheets for both Service Advisors and Technicians.
  • Introduced a Vehicle Type filter on Service Packages for online booking, available under the SP Version Conditions.
  • Updated the payment link to make the Show Document button more prominent, encouraging customers to click on it and view their invoice.
  • Enabled the splitting of scheduled standard events into separate allocations when paused and restarted from Easy Clocking, similar to service allocations.
  • Renamed the Ask a Question button in the Role Centre to Get Support, which now provides several options for customers to obtain support when clicked.

  • Vehicle Selection: Added the ability to select a vehicle for online booking based on Make, Model, Fuel Type, and Engine Capacity.


12th July 2024

  • Deposit Assignment: Added the ability to assign deposits to different customers. This feature can be used to apply a payment if the document has a different Sell-to and Bill-to customer.
  • Added document printouts to use the model description from the vehicle card to ensure that good quality details are printed.
  • Added Alliance Automotive Group (AAG) integration that enables direct order placement on the AAG 360 website for the required parts from Garage Hive.

  • Add Related Documents: This action allows users to select attachments from other documents when emailing a document.

  • Vehicle Location Code: Added to the Reminded Not Booked table and modified the filter to consider location, allowing for location-based filtering of notifications.
  • Vehicle Date Reminders: Enhanced to incorporate location codes from the vehicle card, enabling reminders based on specific location codes.

  • Default Branch Code: Added a default branch code for vehicle cards, enabling location-specific vehicle reminders.  Read more. 
  • Video Integration: Added the capability to include videos from external platforms, such as YouTube and Service Visuals, into the online job authorization.  Read more. 
  • Added reminded Not Booked tiles that display a list of reminders sent to customers who have not yet booked. This feature helps you keep track of which customers require follow-up action regarding their booking.  Read more.

  • Ability to rank customers based on interactions at the garage. For example, you can rank a customer according to their past purchasing behaviors.  Read more.

  • The report Reminded Not Booked is now available for all Service Types. This report allows you to view the Booking Reminders that have been sent but not booked. Previously, it only worked with the MOT service type. For more details,  read more. 
  • Added the Vehicle Card, Engine Details, and Tyres, Wheels, & Brakes Details buttons to the Checklist Card on a technician tablet for easy clocking.
  • Created the ability to attach a sales pitch to a service package via the Sales Extended Description, the ability to display a separate extended description via the Extended Description (Work Description), and the ability to explain why the quoted work needs to be done and what is included in Estimates and VIE’s via the Online Booking (OB) Extended Description read more. 
  • External System No. added to Customer Templates. This allows the use of a common customer number in an external accounting system. Note: If a customer template has an external system number, it does not use the number series from the accounting system.

  • Tyre Catalogue button added on the homepage. This feature allows you to view the tyres available in local inventory and from suppliers’ catalogues.   Read more . 
  • Attention comment feature added for customers opening an Online Authorisation Document for the first time.
  • Online Authorisation is now optional for published documents, allowing callback requests only when the document is published online.  Read more. 
  • LKQ Euro Car Parts (ECP) Integration: This feature allows you to search for and add items from the LKQ ECP catalogue and place an order with LKQ ECP.

  • Added Attention Comment creation to a Sales Order upon successful eCommerce payment, similar to Jobsheet.

This supports Non-inventory items, allowing the Service department to invoice the Body Shop department for interdepartmental work using the Item option, thus reducing reliance on General Ledger (G/L) Accounts and enhancing business reporting.

  • New features for eCommerce Garage Link include:
  • Specific location details when the Sales & Receivables Setup Show Branch Details is enabled.
  • Company logo, trading name, and phone number sourced from the Location Card.
  • Registered name and registered number obtained from statutory Company Information.
  • The Key Tag No. field is now available in the header of Vehicle Inspections (VIs) and Vehicle Inspection Estimates (VIEs). This allows service advisors, technicians, and others to see what bin parts are in and where the keys are.
  • Emailing Feature: Added a new emailing feature with a rich-text editor that allows you to add text formatting, links, bullet points, and more to improve your emailing experience with customers from the system. Read more  here.
