16th November 2022

  • All service documents now include the ability to add pre-defined comments.  Read more.⁠ 


7th November 2022

  • As requested at The Blend 2022, red and amber blocks are now open by default within online authorisation. This helps prevent customers from missing advisories.
  • Added the Create Estimate slider in service packages for online enquiries.  Read more⁠ .


24th October 2022

  • From the User Management page, you can now send a request to Garage Hive support for a licence change.


11th October 2022

  • Checklist page action added to vehicle sales admin role centre by default.
  • Request call back function added to online checklists.
  • As requested at The Blend 2022, Time Log Entries page made accessible from documents operationally.
  • As requested at The Blend 2022, Sent-to Emails column added in the Sent Emails page.
