Print Extended Technician Notes on Jobcard
This feature lets you control whether extended technician notes appear on printed job cards. To define the standard behaviour for all users:
In the top right corner, select the search icon, enter Service Mgt. Setup GH and select the related link.
Locate the Print Extended Technician Notes slider. Enable the slider to include extended notes by default, or turn it off to exclude the extended notes by default.
To override the default for a specific document, open the Jobsheet, select Print/Send, and then select Print Job Card.
On the Jobsheet Request Page, you can adjust the slider as needed for this specific print and then continue to print.
