Atelio Aftermarket Integration

The Atelio Aftermarket integration allows you to search for parts and labour times directly from your service documents. This integration connects Garage Hive to the Atelio catalogue, enabling you to select the correct items and labour times for a specific vehicle.
To add parts and labour from Atelio Aftermarket to the document:
    Open the Jobsheet list by clicking on the Jobsheets tile Total.
    Select an existing Jobsheet from the list, or choose + New to create one.
    In the General FastTab, enter the Vehicle Registration No. and press the tab key:
  • If the vehicle exists, it is selected automatically.
  • If not, a prompt will appear to create a new vehicle.
    Select the Customer from the dropdown list. If necessary, enter a new name and follow the prompt to create a new customer.
    Select Parts in the menu bar, followed by Open Atelio Aftermarket.
    The Atelio Aftermarket page opens. Select the required parts and labour items in the Atelio interface.
    Return to the service document and select Get Atelio Aftermarket Estimate in the menu bar.
    In the pop-up window, select Add a new line for the items and labour you want to add.
    A confirmation window will appear. Select the appropriate action (e.g., Add a new line, Add a new line to group, Update an existing line or Skip line) for each item.
    When done, click OK.
    The items are now added to the Lines FastTab of the document.
